All shipments originate from Hawaii and all in stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Presently, shipments are made only to locations within Hawaii, the continental United States, and select international locations. Please provide current and accurate address information to ensure proper delivery and avoid delays with your order.
Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. We charge only once for shipping and handling, for the entire order. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

• Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded).
• For mailable items up to 70 pounds.

• Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
• The weight limit for the flat-rate envelope* is 4 pounds.
• The weight limit for the small flat-rate box* is 4 pounds.
• The weight limit for all other flat-rate boxes is 20 pounds.

Your order will be packed with utmost care. Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 business days for in-stock items.
